Returns Eligibility
Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are:
  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • In resalable condition
Certain items (such as opened chemicals or special-order goods) may not be eligible for return.
How to Return an Item

Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed once returned goods have been inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Return Costs
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
