We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Workshop Hub. If something is not right, this policy explains how returns and refunds work.
1. Return Window
Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are:
- Unused
- In their original packaging
- In resalable condition
2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Chemicals, aerosols, adhesives, and lubricants that have been opened or had their seal broken
- Personal protective equipment (PPE) that has been worn or removed from sealed packaging
- Special-order or custom-sourced goods
3. Free Returns
Return postage is free. Contact us before sending anything back and we will provide a prepaid return label and instructions. We do not charge any restocking fees.
4. How to Return an Item
- Email [sales@workshophub.co.uk] with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will confirm eligibility and send you a prepaid return label.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and post it within 14 days of receiving the label.
5. Refunds
Refunds are processed once the returned goods have been received and inspected. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3 to 5 working days after approval for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.
We may reduce the refund amount if the value of the goods has been diminished by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them.
6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If an item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return costs. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you require.
8. Business Customers
The same return terms apply to business customers. For bulk or trade orders, please contact us to discuss returns before dispatching goods back to us.
