Workshop Hub (workshophub.co.uk) is operated by Autolamps Limited. This policy explains how we dispatch and deliver your orders.
1. Delivery Area
We currently ship to UK mainland addresses only. We do not deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, BFPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
2. Shipping Cost
Delivery is free on all orders. There is no minimum spend.
3. Dispatch and Delivery Times
- Orders placed before [2:00 PM] Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day.
- Orders placed after the cut-off, or on weekends and bank holidays, are dispatched the next working day.
- Delivery is made by Royal Mail and typically arrives within 2 working days of dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. During busy periods or adverse weather, deliveries may take slightly longer.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
5. Delivery Address
Please make sure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible and we will try to update the order before dispatch.
6. Missing or Delayed Parcels
If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us at [support@workshophub.co.uk] with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier. Claims for lost parcels must be raised within 30 days of the dispatch date.
7. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and the affected items. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
