2. Who Can Order
We sell to both consumers and business customers. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If you are ordering on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business.
3. Products
Product images are for illustration purposes. Minor variations in colour, packaging, or specification may occur. It is your responsibility to check that a product is suitable for your intended application before purchase, particularly for vehicle-specific parts and consumables.
4. Warranty
Warranty coverage varies by product. Some products are supplied with a manufacturer's warranty and some are not. Please read the individual product description for warranty details before ordering. Any warranty provided is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.
5. Orders and Acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order at any point before dispatch, for example where an item is out of stock, where we suspect fraud, or where a pricing error has occurred.
6. Prices and Payment
All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is free to UK mainland addresses. While we take care to price accurately, errors can occur. If we discover a pricing error affecting your order, we will contact you with the option to reconfirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Shop Pay. Payment is taken at the time of order.
7. Delivery
Delivery is to UK mainland addresses only, by Royal Mail, typically within 2 working days of dispatch. Full details are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes once payment has been received in full.
8. Cancellation Rights (Consumers)
If you are a consumer, you have the right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To cancel, contact us with your order number. This right does not apply to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return once unsealed for health or hygiene reasons, or to goods made to your specification. Our Return & Refund Policy sets out how to send items back.
9. Returns and Refunds
Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to reject faulty goods.
10. Business Customers
If you purchase in the course of business, the statutory consumer protections referred to above do not apply. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied terms are excluded, and our total liability arising from any order is limited to the price paid for that order.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, or losses arising from incorrect product selection or improper use of products. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions and safety data sheets, particularly for chemicals and PPE.
12. Website Use and Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without permission. We may suspend or update the website at any time and do not guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version in force at the time you place your order applies to that order.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers resident elsewhere in the UK may bring proceedings in their local courts.
